For me, Sunday afternoons are just so full of contemplation and reminiscing that I often find myself returning time and again to I wrote this for you and PostSecret just to remind myself of the signficance and potency of hope, love, faith and honesty, and to gain a little sense of companionship.

I am officially a DIY junkie. I can’t help myself anymore. I think about it more than I should and I have a whole bagful of failed or attempted projects (that bag is right about bursting at the seams now).It has become my new best friend, my comfort. I haven't been able to post in such a long time and it felt like missing an old friend. I hate it when school and life get in the way of things I love but just as I was browsing through my daily blog reads, I found this really inspirational post. It fell right into my lap at the perfect time, as I'm currently falling apart over 10 dresses that I have to design and sew before 31 March....On top of my school work load!

But here I am, all perked up and ready to give it my all. *deep breath*

The blogging experience

Generic eyeliner, Kangol Wild length lashes lash extend, Clinique high impact mascara in Black, lipstick [got it free with a magazine although I cant wear that shade] 

 As I try to persist with this blog, I'm only just realising how much goes into maintaining a decent blog, and I do hope this is a decent blog. There is the issue of trying not to step on anyone's toes when you repost their posts or use their images while still sourcing fresh and new material to appeal to readers... hmph, I hope I can live up to the challenge.

Not to sound too weird but when I read all those entries I feel like he writes just for me. I can relate to that artful soul who finds solace in words. I'm sure I'm not the only girl one who feels this way and I'm sure some of you would be able to relate.

The Sartorialist

Lately I've noticed my growing interest in [mostly] fashion blogs and that's how I came across The Sartoriaist. It has become a regular dose of inspiration for me who's still a little timid about expressing myself through what i wear. And yes, I actually had to look up the meaning of that word before I had the aha! moment.
