I'll have to relocate soon to be nearer to school and as always the thought of something new, in this case a flat or apartment has got me all excited. Just the anticipation alone has got me looking for all sorts of ideas online on how to make the new place unique.
Here are some pretty good ideas I'd like to incorporate into the space in some way or other.

Good thing most of these can easily be done over a weekend and each is not so overpowering so that some can be incorporated into the same room or a small room.
